Culture

We take pride in our teamwork and culture, but with great culture comes great responsibility. Here are some things that RAINites must rock at:

• FOOSBALL - Short of being tied to employee's pay-scale, foosball skills are extremely important for a RAIN employee. True, there are a few RAIN employees that do not actively take part in lunchtime foosball frivolity, but those who do enjoy the powers of the Eagle Spirit in their daily activities.
• FLAME-THROWING, PISTOL-WHIPPING & POWER-UP HOGGING - What better than a flamethrower or plasma grenade to inspire synergy and communication? A good portion of RAIN employees enjoy staying late several times a week to revel in pixelated mayhem.
• SOCCER (Football if you're at our Moldova offices)-For the more bipedal of employees, lunchtime often includes a brief jaunt to the local soccer field for anger management sessions involving cleats and orange cones.
• MUSIC FRIDAYS - Friday is a special day at RAIN. In addition to being Bring Your Favorite Pair Of Shorts To Work Day™, it also happens to be a day of music as we each take turns sharing our favorite works. From Bolton to Beethoven, Dashboard (for the teen girls in the office) to Death-Cab, we all leave with greater appreciation for the musical tastes of our peers.
• HETERO-PARTNER-FOR-LIFE-TYPE-GET-TOGETHERS - We're buds (or is it pals?) in and out of the office. We'll hop off to the latest flick, get together to jam (yes, we have drums and amps in our closets), or invade the CEOs house for movies and popcorn. • Sure we're no Team Discovery Channel, but we have many employees that enjoy jumping on their skinny tire and skinny seats and going for a ride. Whether it be a fun Saturday morning 50 miler or a more challenging ride of the Famous Utah Gauntlet or Desperado Duel, we enjoy wearing spandex!
